I received a faulty order, what do I do?
If you were to receive a broken product, the wrong products, a product too much or one too little, we'll help you with this as soon as possible.
E-mail the following information to our customer service:
- E-mail of which the order was placed with.
- Order number
- Customer number
- Product name
- An attached picture
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
