The legal grounds for our processing of your personal data

Lohilo Foods AB (publ) bases the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds. These are described in this section.

Among other things, we process your personal data in order to fulfill the agreement with you as a customer and thus as an Account Holder, so as to carry out purchases and to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as an Account Holder, such as simplified administration and order history. With the support of this legal basis, we also process information about you as an Account Holder, such as your purchases, your behavior on our website, your interaction with Lohilo Foods AB (publ) and your interest in our offers and products in order to fulfill our commitment to provide you with personal offers.

Part of the processing of personal data that we perform is based on a so-called balancing of interests. This applies, for example, to the processing we perform in order to be able to send you offers about our goods and to make a limited segmentation of customers, e.g. based on total purchase sums. Lohilo Foods AB (publ) does not process sensitive personal data with the support of a balance of interests and does not perform any processing that constitutes profiling with the support of a balance of interests.

In some cases, Lohilo Foods AB (publ) may have a legal obligation to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data that we perform in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

How long do we store your information?

Your personal information is stored only as long as there is a need to save it for the purposes for which the information was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Lohilo Foods AB (publ) may save the information longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect Lohilo Foods AB (publ) legal interests, e.g. whether a legal process is underway.

Your rights

According to data protection laws, you have several rights to influence our processing of your personal data. Read more below.

Right to withdraw consent and to object to treatment

You have the right to revoke consent in whole or in part for the processing of your personal data. Your revocation will take effect from the time you revoke the consent. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You always have the right to object to marketing from us, such as newsletters. You have generally seen the right to object when the treatment is based on a balance of interests. Read more about what it means below. In some other cases, the right to object does not exist (eg because we have to save your personal data). If we can demonstrate compelling legal reasons for the treatment that outweigh your interests and fundamental rights or if it is for the reason of determining, exercising or defending legal claims, you never have the right to object to the treatment.

Right of access

You have the right to receive confirmation of whether we process personal data that affects you. You can access the personal data that we process.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have incorrect personal data that affects you corrected and to ask us to have incomplete personal data supplemented.

Right to erasure and limitation of treatment

In certain circumstances, you have the right to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed or when you revoke your consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal basis for continuing the processing. You also have the right to request that Lohilo Foods AB (publ) limit the processing of your personal data. This applies, for example, when the accuracy of the personal data is questioned by you or if the processing is illegal and you oppose the deletion of the personal data and instead request that the use be restricted.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can do so in the specific EU / EEA Member State where you are domiciled, where you work or where there is an alleged breach of applicable data protection legislation. In Sweden, the Swedish Data Inspectorate is the supervisory authority. This right is without prejudice to other administrative or legal measures.

Right to data portability

You have the right to ask us to transfer some of your personal data that we have about you to another company (data portability). This right applies to personal data you have provided us with in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and compatible format if:

The treatment is based on consent or a contract; and

The treatment is performed automatically

When you exercise your right to data portability, you have, where technically possible, the right to have personal data transferred directly from Lohilo Foods AB (publ) to another data controller.

Lohilo Foods AB (publ) has the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time.
