This website lohilo.world (“Website”) is operated by the Swedish company LOHILOFOODS AB, VAT SE556740705001 (referred to as LOHILO/we/our/us). These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and the Webshop. LOHILO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the Website.

All content on the Website and the Webshop, including without limitation designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and film, are the intellectual property of LOHILO or its content suppliers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the Website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and Webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial, purposes.
Nothing contained on the Website or Webshop should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without our prior written approval or the written approval of such third party that may own the rights to the material displayed on the Website.The Webshop and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the Webshop’s operation or content. SHOPPING AT LOHILO.COM
Orders shall be placed on the Website. It is essential that you examine our confirmation of your order to ensure that it is correct. In case of error or if you wish to modify your order please contact us immediately. Due to Swedish legislation we are obliged to demand a written permission from a legal guardian when the customer is below 18 years of age.
By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to subsribe to our newsletter. You can at any time cancel the subscription by following the link available in the bottom of every e-mail.
AVAILABLE STOCK
All data shown on product level, are data in connection with LOHILO warehouse. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change.
GOODS
Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods as shown on the website will depend on several factors, such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description. All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
PAYMENT AND PRICES

PRICES
All prices listed on the website include Swedish value added tax of 12% (food&drinks) & 25 % (accessories & clothing). Charges for customs and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. LOHILO cannot inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.
The prices stated in the webshop are valid as long as the goods are available or nothing else is stated on our website.
DELIVERY - SHIPPING
All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order.
We only provide the information necessary about you to the companies involved in delivering your order, handling your payment and the transport to your home, for example your telephone number in case there is any problem with delivering your order.
At the moment we are shipping to following countries: Sweden and Finland. Please let us know if you want us to start shipping to your country and we will do our best to make it happen :)
NOT COLLECTED PARCEL
If you do not pick up your order on time - you will unfortunately not receive a new one. You simply have to order it again. The package will be returned to us and it costs us about SEK 150 which we need to deduct from your refund. If the package is very late due to a delivery problem and that is why you could not pick it up, then we will of course solve it for you! Should your order be valued less than 150 SEK then we'll deduct the value of the order instead.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales and holidays.
At checkout you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.
WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
To be able to ensure product safty, returns and withdraws are not accepted when buying food products.
Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us. Please contact usas soon as possible if you are not satisfyed with your product, at a maximum time of 14 days from deliverydate. In cases of exceptions where we accept your return, the products must be shipped back to us in unbroken/intact packages. The customer pays the return shipping to:

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY
PERSONAL DATA
We must collect your personal information to fulfill the agreement. Personal information is considered any information that directly or indirectly can be connected to an individual. The information submitted at registration is registered and handled by LOHILO. You have a right to request once a year an extract of the information that is registered about you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or deceptive we will of course correct it if you inform us. You can also request for having the information about you deleted. LOHILO only uses the information to fulfill the agreement and does not sell the personal information to any third party. By accepting these term and conditions you also accept that LOHILO collects and handle your personal information.
SECURITY
LOHILO is conducting serious and ambitious work regarding security and continuously upgrading and updating our efforts to maintain this site a safe place for our customers. Any attempts to defraud, use false or stolen credit card data, access another person’s shopping account or similar attempts or other criminal misconduct will be reported to the police authorities. We are tracking IP addresses in order to use these in criminal investigations and proceedings.
FORCE MAJEURE
If LOHILO fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, LOHILO will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
DISPUTES
We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If we cannot settle we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.
